He began his professional journey with ICICI Bank in 2002, where he gained extensive experience across technology, private banking, wealth management and investments. During his tenure, he was associated with establishment and development of ICICI Bank’s Wealth Management business and brand which has since evolved into one of the country’s prominent affluent propositions.
Over the course of his career, he has advised Ultra-HNI families and business families on complex matters relating to wealth management, asset protection, estate and succession planning, and foreign exchange and cross-border transactions. His experience combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in preserving, structuring, and transitioning family wealth across generations.
Mr. Rajesh Dedhia is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience across finance, wealth structuring, private banking, corporate banking and credit risk management. He specialises in Estate & Succession Planning and complex wealth structuring, with expertise in multi-generational wealth, family businesses, foreign citizenship, tax residency and cross-border considerations.
Over the past 8+ years, at Universal Trustees, he has advised HNI and Ultra-HNI families on bespoke structures for wealth preservation, asset protection, family governance and succession, often involving complex legal, tax and jurisdictional considerations. He brings a strategic, holistic and solution-oriented approach to complex structuring assignments, with a strong emphasis on discretion, continuity and long-term family objectives.

Holding qualifications including B.Com, M.Com, LLB, LLM, FCS, MBA (Finance), CFA (India), and NISM, he has successfully led complex corporate legal, financial, governance, and strategic compliance initiatives, working closely with Boards of Directors and senior management.
Natasha Athaide leads Human Resources at Universal Trustee Pvt Ltd and Universal Trusteeship Services Ltd, bringing over 15 years of experience building high-performing, people-centric organizations. Her expertise spans talent strategy, learning and development, and culture transformation, with a consistent focus on aligning people initiatives to business outcomes.
Over the course of her career, Natasha has scaled HR functions through periods of rapid growth and change, led enterprise-wide engagement and retention initiatives, and built leadership pipelines that strengthen organizations.
